Rui and Teneale recently eloped and their family and friends insisted they still have 'wedding' photos taken. So their families took it on themselves to buy a gift voucher for Rui & Teneale to use for a combined wedding & family shoot. We met Rui, Teneale, their adorable son, and Teneale's best friend, Ellie, for a shoot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in the Botanic Gardens of Sydney. It was such a fun experience. You guys did such an awesome job. I LOVE THEM! Thank you x

The weekend forecast no photographer wants to see.....high chance of showers. Thankfully, the grey skies gave way to patches of blue so we decided to push on with Christina & Shaun's family shoot, and we're so glad we did! The grey Sydney day really put a show on for us, ending the shoot with a beautiful sunset and unexpected rainbow. I remember soaking in the moment and feeling truly happy. We were enjoying a beautiful Sydney sunset by the beach - hearing children laughing, running and loving the feeling of sand between their toes and surrounded by gorgeous warm light - all while capturing this family's first set of family photos. Thank you Christina & Shaun, we had such a fun afternoon with you both and your beautiful children! The photos are absolutely amazing!! Thank you so so much! Welcome to the world, little Harrison!
Born on 2 November 2017 at 12:29am We were blessed in late 2017 to be present at two births. Words can't really describe how it feels to observe and photograph such precious and raw moments in the lives of a growing family. Thank you, Nav & Bek, for welcoming me in to capture these once in a lifetime memories for you, and allowing us to share these photos of your first moments admiring your newborn son. Welcome to the world, little Jasper!
Born on 27 September 2017 at 5:52pm A few weeks ago we had the privilege of photographing our first birth, well...almost! As all Mum's know, births can be unpredictable, and this story was no different. I (Jess) was on call all day, knowing that Mum had gone into labour earlier that morning, and eagerly awaiting the go ahead from Dad to make my way to the hospital to photograph little Jasper entering the world. As soon as word came through that it was almost time, I was out the door within 5 minutes! Little Jasper, however, had other plans, and was born just before I arrived. Nonetheless, I won't forget the beautiful moment when I walked into the birthing room where Mum & Dad were alone, admiring their newborn son, and then later as their families arrived. I felt so honoured to be present in moments that real. Being in the room that night got me to thinking, cameras are like passports. They allow you to go to places and be present at events that you would never have otherwise had the opportunity to be. I am so incredibly grateful to Sam & Brittany for welcoming me in to capture these memories for their growing family, and allowing us to share the photos of their first raw moments with their little man. What do you get when you mix two grandparents, three daughters & spouses and nine grandchildren? A fun, fast-paced family photo session that may have left us feeling just a little exhausted!
As as gift for their mum/grandma, we hope that these happy memories find the perfect place on Grandma's walls for many years to come. Set on the grounds of Pennant Hills Golf Club, Adam & Olivia were married in front of their closest friends & family over the weekend. After dating for 10 years, it was beautiful to see them come together and celebrate their love. The grey rain clouds moved on just in time for their ceremony to begin, and given it was stormy and hailing when we scouted locations with the bride and groom a couple of weeks ago, we couldn't have asked for more perfect weather.
Thank you so much Adam & Olivia for allowing us to tell the story of your wedding day. A pregnancy announcement...four family generations...60th birthdays...this family photo shoot had it all!
Josh, Jade, Nav & Bek wanted to surprise their parent's with a family photography session gift voucher for their 60th birthdays, and we're so glad they did. We all know how hard it can be to organise a family get together, and it's fair to say that this shoot was a long time coming, but it was well worth making the time to capturing the four family generations all in the one place. What could have made it even more special? A pregnancy announcement! There's a new little bub joining this family very soon xx Michael & Elizabeth are one of the sweetest couples you will ever meet, and we were so blessed to photograph their wedding day. We wish them both every happiness, and are looking forward to sharing the remainder of their photos with them soon. In the meantime, we're excited to share a sneak peek to give you a glimpse into their wedding day. Ceremony: Emmanuel Baptist Church
Reception: Parramatta Park Bride's Dress: Idora Bridal Cake: Baked by Grace Flowers: Natalie Lam Our hearts have completely melted over this sweet family photographic session from a few weekends ago! Thank you to the beautiful Echegoyen & Searle families who have welcomed us in and allowed us to photograph their families as they have grown over the years. Every time we see each other there is a new little family member to meet! And with glowing feedback like this, we are two very happy photographers! "I LOVE them!!!! You guys did such an amazing job! Thank you so so so much!!!! Simeon & Deborah were married in the beautiful town of Katoomba in the Blue Mountains over the weekend.
We really enjoyed being a part of their wedding, and were even able to sneak in some of the Olympic Opening Ceremony during the prep shots! Sharing some of the sneak peeks from their wedding xx |
